Hi everyone! My name is Lydia, owner of Back 2 Your Body Yoga. Motivated by my own journey of living with a chronic illness, I wanted to create a space where I can offer accessible yoga for all. Because ANYONE can do yoga.

I am also formally trained as a Sound Practitioner and Reiki II Practitioner, and offer energetic sound sessions and reiki!
